We construct, from Axioms A1, A2, A6, A7, A8 and A12 of the Chrysene Formalism and from no further axiom, the frame-indexed encoded stack: a mathematical object whose reaction volumes carry a canonical four-letter alphabet, whose words are elements of the crossed-product sequence algebra A_C and are therefore order dependent as a consequence of Axiom A7's covariance relation, and whose reading is fixed by a datum external to the stack. We prove non-vacuity by explicit N=3 witness. The alphabet is an F2-vector space after the frame designates a zero; its additive structure is canonical, its multiplication is determined by the registry invariant, and no structural operation realizes the multiplicative generator. The registry sequence modulo reversal is the maximal frame invariant: every quantity attributable to the assembly rather than to the reading factors through it. We state precisely how far the encoded stack supplies the instance schema of the companion transfer-geometry paper, record the two outstanding clauses as Targets, and identify the candidate survival invariants whose preservation a future paper would need to certify.
