Abstract

A chrysene cluster with an adenine tether presents a sixty-four-element word space partitioned in two ways: twenty frame classes and sixteen codon blocks. Excision of a residue is a function of the class. In the joint experiment that records the word together with the residue, the pair (T,r) is minimal Neyman-sufficient for the unknown excision map; among functions of the word alone, T is a minimal sufficient reduction; and the within-class coordinate is conditionally ancillary for that map. The raw four-valued frame coordinate is not independent of the class, and Basu's theorem does not apply.

The two partitions are transverse. The class is therefore not a sufficient reduction for the block, and assignments measurable with respect to both partitions are constant on each incidence component and take at most two values. A seed is a section of incidence; propagation is the unique block-measurable extension of a non-conflicting seed. Refinement at the third position, pyrimidine against purine, produces only the block patterns (4) and (2,2). The standard genetic code realises also (3,1) and (2,1,1), and lies outside that range. Under the four matching hypotheses, with chain polarity used only to identify the domain, and with demand read from the standard table, one refined assignment equals the vertebrate mitochondrial table. Parity of class-functional maps excludes the standard table — methionine and tryptophan are singleton fibres — and is silent on the mitochondrial table. The refined assignment is not class-functional, so the obstruction does not apply to it. It does not restore a withdrawn stop hypothesis.

No axiom is added. The Identification Hypothesis is not used. The dual cipher of A8 is recorded as a complementary experiment and is not run.
