Abstract

Classical clinical decision support systems and medical Artificial General Intelligence (AGI) fundamentally rely upon H-2 expected-value probabilistic approximations, which encounter severe structural limitations in atypical, poly-morbid environments by permitting unparameterized topological boundary intersections. This paper mathematically resolves these vulnerabilities by transitioning clinical medicine into a deterministic engineering science, embedding human physiology as a fibrated, non-commutative tensor network within the Chrysene Tensor Space over a characteristic-2 GF(4) lattice. We model intensive care as a continuous, zero-sum differential game governed by the Topological Hamilton-Jacobi-Isaacs (THJI) equation to dynamically map the Biologically Restrictive Topology (BRT) of structural failure. To safely navigate this topology, the H-infinity controller computes minimal-work therapeutic optimal transport trajectories using the 2-Wasserstein metric and the Jordan-Kinderlehrer-Otto (JKO) proximal scheme. Furthermore, this architecture deploys advanced robust control theorems—including mu-synthesis for isolated comorbidities, the Internal Model Principle (IMP) for dynamically replicating pathogens, and Integral Quadratic Constraints (IQCs) for non-linear pharmacodynamics—to structurally guarantee absolute biological stability. To physically secure the generative semantic engine against unverified projections, we establish Absolute AGI Topos Containment governed by Intuitionistic Logic within the Grothendieck Topos. Utilizing the Quantitative Design Automation (QDA) Functor, continuous geometric boundaries are natively compiled into a Non-Abelian Crossbar ASIC. These theoretical formulations are empirically validated through continuous hardware-level computational simulations, demonstrating absolute topological containment and stability across canonical clinical vignettes. Any structurally inadmissible semantic command autonomically triggers the Topological Scission Operator via hardware-level polynomial factorization in strict O(1) time, mathematically ensuring absolute mortality suppression and ushering in the post-stochastic era of autonomous biological engineering.
